Terms & Conditions
Be Moore Marketing Mastery Workshop
1. Participation and Access
Purchase of a ticket grants the registrant non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the Be Moore Marketing Mastery Workshop, conducted via Zoom, on the date and time specified.
The ticket price is $50.00, payable upon registration.
Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
2. Referral Program
A "referrer" who refers a "referral" will receive one (1) free ticket to the workshop upon verification that the "referral" has completed registration and payment.
The "referrer" is responsible for providing adequate proof of referral.
3. Technical Requirements and Responsibilities
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have a Zoom-compatible device, necessary software, and a stable internet connection to participate in the workshop.
The organizer is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced by attendees.
4. Intellectual Property
The content of the workshop, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and discussions, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mariah Tyler Moore.
Recording or distributing any portion of the workshop is strictly prohibited.
5. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor throughout the workshop.
Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the workshop without refund.
6. Modification of Terms
The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or any aspect of the workshop at its discretion.
Attendees will be notified of any material changes.
