Terms and Conditions
Agreement for Premium Business Essentials Package
This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of purchase (the "Effective Date") by and between Moore Business Management, Inc., a Utah S Corporation ("Moore Business Management"), and the individual or entity identified in the purchase order or online form (the "Client").
1. Services
Moore Business Management agrees to provide the Client with the Premium Business Essentials Package (the "Services") as described in the purchase order or online form. The Services may include, but are not limited to:
Two Brand Boost Analyses
Unlimited Graphic Design
10 Hours of Organizational Overhaul
Social Media Marketing/Management
Administrative Assistant Solutions
2. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of thirty (30) days (the "Term"). This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive 30-day terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least three (3) days prior to the end of the then-current term.
3. Fees and Payment
The Client shall pay Moore Business Management the monthly subscription fee of $2,499.00 for the Services. Clients who subscribe for three (3) or more months at a time shall receive a 30% discount on the total cost.
The Fees shall be payable in advance of the commencement of the Services and at the beginning of each renewal term.
Accepted methods of payment include: credit cards, debit cards, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, certified checks, and bank transfers.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any materials created by Moore Business Management in connection with the Services shall be the sole and exclusive property of Moore Business Management, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client shall have a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for its internal business purposes only.
5. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to hold confidential all information disclosed by the other party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not such information is designated as confidential.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Moore Business Management makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Moore Business Management be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, even if Moore Business Management has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Moore Business Management from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
11. Notices
All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

At the address set forth in the purchase order or online form.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the waiving party.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Binding Effect
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
15. Guarantee
Moore Business Management offers a satisfaction guarantee for the Premium Business Essentials Package. If the Client is not completely satisfied with the Services during the first 30 days, Moore Business Management will provide an additional month of service free of charge and a 15% refund.
16. Customization
The Client may request a customized package of services tailored to their specific needs and goals. Moore Business Management will provide a personalized quote for such customized packages upon request.
